E-Consult

to procure, programme manage and facilitate deployment of a large-scale trial to provide a new online GP service to 84 practices with circa 1m registered patients. 

Successfully reducing demand on GP appointments by shifting low complex patient activity online for self-help and online consultation. 

Circa 4,000 people used it each week, saving an estimated 600 GP appointments each week.
