Adeptt Ltd is a care consultancy based in Hampshire, England. 

Norma Christison M.Sc. is the founding Director and a Florence Nightingale Fellow. 

She has a clinical background with over 30 years NHS experience and a successful career in designing and delivering effective, affordable integrated service redesign in co-production with service users and providers, including social care and the voluntary sector.
